No. The intake asks what you have access to and the plan is written around it, whether that is a full gym, a home setup or bodyweight only.
The intake takes a few minutes. Your first training block and nutrition targets are generated as soon as you finish it.
No. The portal runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update.

Your intake answers, goals and equipment access generate the first plan. As you log progress, the portal adjusts targets and load.
No. You get macro targets and meal suggestions that fit your lifestyle, not restrictive rules.
The schedule recalibrates around where you actually are, rather than stacking up missed work.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and the common allergens are all handled.

Yes. Integrations are supported, but you can log everything manually and get the same adaptive plan.

04 / Billing and cancellation

$11.99 per week in Australian dollars, GST included, billed to your registered payment method until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
Yes. Prices are shown and charged in AUD. If your card is denominated in another currency your bank may apply its own conversion rate, which is outside our control.
The Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded. Our 14-day cooling-off period sits on top of those rights, not instead of them. Clause 14 of the Terms sets this out.

From your account settings, or by emailing contact@fitnez123club.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we confirm it in writing.
Cancel within 14 days of registering and you receive a full refund. After that, payments already taken are not refunded.
Yes. We email you at least 30 days beforehand, giving you time to cancel if you would rather not continue.
