Your command centre

One dashboard for load, volume, body metrics and adherence. Built to show the trend rather than let a single bad session read as a failed month.

What it records

Four readings, one place

AdherenceSessions completed against sessions planned
LoadWeight, sets, reps and rest per movement
VolumeTotal work per block, deloads included
BodyWeight, girths and optional progress photos

Trends, not snapshots

Body weight moves a kilo or two within a week for reasons that have nothing to do with progress: salt, sleep, hydration, the time of the month. The dashboard plots a rolling average alongside the raw readings, so you see the direction of travel instead of reacting to noise.

You do not need a wearable

Integrations are supported if you already use a tracker, but everything works with manual entry. A member logging by hand gets the same adaptive plan as one syncing from a watch.

Logging habits that stick

  • Log during the session, not after. Rest between sets is dead time anyway.
  • Weigh yourself on the same morning each week, before eating.
  • Rate the session before you leave, while the memory is honest.
  • Do not backfill a missed week from memory. Leave the gap and move on.

Reading your own data

Look at three data points before concluding anything. One heavy session, one bad weigh-in or one missed workout is noise. Three weeks in the same direction is a signal, and that is the point at which the plan or your intake should change.

Your data stays yours

Progress photos, body metrics and training history are visible only to you inside your account. You can export or delete your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how requests are handled.

Metrics in the portal are for tracking training and lifestyle progress. They are not diagnostic and should not be used to monitor or manage a medical condition.

From log to decision

How a reading becomes a change

Nothing in the portal acts on a single entry.

01

You log the session

Sets, load, rest and a one-to-ten difficulty rating, entered during the session rather than reconstructed afterwards.

02

The reading joins a trend

Each entry is plotted against the two or three before it, so a single outlier changes nothing.

03

The trend meets a threshold

Completed work at the prescribed load moves you up. Missed reps across two sessions hold you where you are.

04

The next block is written

Load, volume and frequency are set from what the trend showed, not from what the calendar expected.
